Returns
All products carry a 14 day no-quibble money back guarantee - simply return
the item to us within 14 days of the dispatch date and we'll return your
payment in full, no questions asked. An item does not need to be damaged for this to happen. We offer you this try-at-home service guarantee over and above your statutory rights as we are very confident that our necklaces are of fine quality. If you don't like it then it must mean it doesn't suit you in which case you are welcome to return it.
To make a return, send the item(s) in their original packaging back to us. You can be eco friendly and reuse the padded envelopes we sent them to you in by sealing it firmly with wrapping tape - it doesn't need to look pretty!
Please include a copy of the order note we sent you so that we can easily trace who the return is from and process it swiftly. We value your feedback; if there was anything you were unhappy with, if the cut and fit could have been better or if you feel the product differed substantially from what you expected do tell us so we can avoid the problem reoccurring. Write it on the note or email it to us; we read and review all feedback weekly so telling what we do well and what we do bad helps us make a better shop for you.

Postage is at your cost. Do check with Post Office counter if you are unsure of the correct price; most will require at least large letter postage and some packet rate postage. They can also give you proof of posting.
Exchanges
If a product arrives damaged or if you change your mind and would like to swap an item, follow the returns procedure above and mark on your order note the item you would like in exchange. If there is a price difference, we'll make a refund or you can send a cheque or contact us for a PayPal invoice for the difference. We will pay the cost of postaging you the new items.
Please allow up to 21 days from you posting a return or exchange for us to process it. We normally do in much less time and we will email you once it occurs. |
